Strike will start early Saturday morning, first shift, 30 June, 2018.
Strike will end early Monday morning
2 July, 2018. If you have a flight late Friday evening to France it could be canceled.

(We've also noticed a trend that an airport will receive flights from France, rapidly all in a row after/during strike action. Normally in the late evening, causing baggage handling to get badly backed up. So if that happens to you, be patient.
Another thing passengers arriving at departure airport for late flight to France getting through customs only to be told flight was canceled, keep in touch with your airline)

21 June, 2018 Announced today. We have some updates for you.

Wednesday 30 March 2016 Less disruption than expected. Marseille airlines have been asked to cut back flights by 33%. Making life difficult for international connections. Orly by 20%, Bordeaux minimal service in the morning. Nantes delays in the evening and night. Montpellier closed.

Less disruption is expected than last weeks delays.....

Double whammy if you are flying to Australia. Rolling strikes across the county due to border and immigration workers. Brussels airport still closed. Greece strikes planned for April 7. Air France does not even mention flight crews strike actions. 30% of them will be out.

Tuesday 29 March 2016 Starts tomorrow Wednesday, 30 March 2016 1700UTC
Ends Friday 1 April, 2016 0400 UTC

Over all less impact than last ATC strike is expected.

31 March, 2016 Trouble spots will be, call your airline.
Bordeaux minimum service in the afternoon
Charles de Gaulle Moderate delays in the morning
Marseille and Orly to be hit hard, by delays, cancellations or perhaps your flight will be brought forward.

Sunday evening, 22 June 2014 SNCTA flinch and drop strike action. 75% of flights will operate. Flights to suffer will be from southern Europe and Northern Africa. Meetings to take place first week of July. Lepoint.fr   DGCA still to release a press release. Union made issue come into the for front of the news at our (the passengers) expense. Leaves bad taste in your mouth. Thank you everyone who passed on information.
PS. Perhaps Belgian air traffic control will strike Tuesday adding to the mix.

20 June 2014  Torture yes. You are at DGCA mercy. They are the ones who will tell your airline to cut back by 50%(?) of flights to from France. Follow DGAC blog for announcements.

19 June 2014 Another air traffic control union joins in UNSA-ICNA. Situation is looking bleak. School children out of school, first holiday week-end. Peek travel. You've called your airline?

7 June 2014 French air traffic control union SNCTA
calls on all controllers strike from 24 to 29 June 2014.
This is an old festering bitter dispute. Here's the SNCTA in French announcement.

This will likely be a national shut down, grounding of flights. By law a certain percentage of flights have to run.
Call your airline. Your flight will be brought forward, cancelled or delayed. Don't get caught in a lay over in French customs. Do you have a French visa? That way you can sleep in a hotel instead of a cot on the international arrivals floor. Flying in and out of Paris? You might want to book a hotel and cancel when fit. Hotel and car hire will be slim pickings. Perhaps SNCF will put on extra trains. Eurostar will likely be booked.

Please if you have information pass it on to us.

2016 will be a tough year for passengers traveling to France. French air traffic controllers face severe cut backs and even closure of some control towers due to single skies policy implementation. Busiest controllers in Europe, 9,000 flights a day. Airline passengers will take the brunt of it, particularly national airline Air France. Other airlines who are not even flying to France will have to fly around French air space, adding time, delays and fuel. If you have a layover/changing planes in a French international airport make sure you have a French visa. This way ensuring you can be put up in a hotel instead of a cot parked outside the bathrooms in international arrivals terminal.
